Chloe is a qualifying psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has training in Gottman Level 1 & 2 Couple’s Therapy Informed, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and will be completing her Level 1 IFS training. Chloe works with individuals & couples - by working with either an individual or a couple in navigating their internal systems, bringing balance to life to be more free, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and self-discovery.
